Climate adaptation
Community-led responses to heat, drought, flooding, displacement, and compounding risks.
Planned focusSafe Roots International is building an integrated approach to climate adaptation, child protection, education, and locally led resilience—before crisis becomes catastrophe.
It disrupts children’s safety, education, health, identity, and sense of home.
Climate and protection systems are too often designed separately. Safe Roots is being built to close that gap—joining climate science with local knowledge, practical adaptation, dignity, participation, and care.
These are proposed program directions to be tested with communities and safeguarding partners—not completed programs.

Anomaly means difference from a reference average, not absolute temperature.
